One day I am sitting here watching my new favorite show called KenIchi: The Mightiest Disciple and hear something very interesting about different muscle fibers in the human body. According to the show and a lot of other research I have looked into this muscle is the best muscle to build on. There are three types of Muscle; Red Muscle which has high endurance but very little strength (Cross Country runners), White Muscle is composed of high strength but low speed and endurance (Weightlifters), and finally Pink Muscle which is a hybrid of the two. With the proper workouts and training, one can rid their body entirely of red and white muscle and fill their body entirely with pink muscle. Thus, forming the ultimate body. With this being said, the person would not have huge muscles necessarily however, will still attain massive amounts of strength, speed and endurance which is overall more powerful and more fitting to any situation of dealing with an opponent.
Creating Pink Muscle
The way that you create this ultimate body filled with pink muscle is complicated but completely worth it. The theory behind it is that you must be able to move heavy weights in high repetitions over long periods of time. Such as being able to lift weights non stop at a fast pace for 5 minutes. Here are some options to do workouts toward this goal:
- Start with low weights and do high reps. Once you are able to do the high reps with no issues or too much strain, move on to a higher weight and continue this process as you move higher and higher in weight.
- Alternate workouts between high weights with low reps and low weights with high reps which will form pink muscle by clashing the red and white muscles together.
- Another key aspect in doing these workouts is stretching both before and after to reduce damage to your body and increasing the pace in which your body may recover.
- Before you stretch, make sure to warm up your body so that these muscles are easier to stretch out by being heated up already.
Importance of taking care of your body
Make sure you take care of your body and do not fill it with junk if you want this training to be more successful. If you put sugar in the gas tank of a car then it will not be able to function properly. To be able to do the best possible, hydrate with only water and eat properly. Hydration is the main key so that you don't end up passing out in the middle of an exercise, especially if it is your first time doing an intense exercise that can work your body past it's limits.
